Katia Pershin is a Glamour, Boudoir & Nude Art, and Fashion photographer working in Ottawa, Toronto, Montreal, and Internationally.
With a background in music and counselling, this self-taught photographer fuses fine art and penetrating emotion into her work.
Focusing on one’s overall photography experience, she has a unique ability to connect with her subjects and transform their nervousness while guiding their vulnerability into surrender and fierce confidence, creating beautiful portraiture.
Her fashion images have been described as powerful, bold, provocative, often portraying female strength and taking delight in strangeness. Her photography is generally charged with dramatic subtexts, whether depicting a dark or light tone.

You and I virtually meet for a Concept Consultation where we design your dream photoshoot. Then the day finally arrives – it is showtime at our professional fully-equipped studio.
An assortment of complementary refreshments are laid out; from Perrier and organic juice, to a glass of champagne or wine; Lindt chocolate, cookies, granola bars and Italian vanilla wafers.
Your favorite music is playing in the background, either lulling you into relaxation or pumping you up.
An expert team including a hair stylist and a make up artist is at your service; they begin your transformation.
Your nerves melt away on set as you feel incredible. Guided from one pose to the next – all the way down from your toes to your fingertips – you not only believe but see with your own eyes how amazing you look.
You walk away grinning from ear to ear, loving yourself a little bit more, lost in a proud reverie of ‘wow, I really am beautiful!’.
